Business disputes can escalate quickly and put real pressure on cash flow, relationships, and reputation. As a business litigation attorney in Everett with nearly 25 years of trial experience, I help owners, executives, and stakeholders navigate conflict with a clear view of both legal risk and practical business impact.

I frequently handle contract disputes, including disagreements over performance, payment, noncompetition and nonsolicitation clauses, purchase agreements, and vendor contracts. My work includes close review of the contract language, the parties' course of dealing, and applicable Massachusetts case law before advising on options ranging from negotiation to suit.
